controls

make sure you play subatomic 2 or 3 octaves below middle C, otherwise you're gonna get bells and dogs whistles instead of speaker wrecking sub bass

drum button - highlight this to enable the pitch decay envelope and get that classic drum flavour. when not highlighted, subatomic will operate like a simple sub bass synth, sustaining for as long as the note is held

vol decay - this defines how quickly the volume of the hit decays after the initial note is hit. Make it longer or shorter depending on the style you want. When not in drum mode, this acts as a release rather than decay, and so defines how long the note takes to fade when the note is released

pitch decay - this defines how quickly the pitch decays after the note is hit, giving that classic drum machine sound. make it longer or shorter to your taste

pitch drop - defines how far the pitch drops when decaying, make it larger to drop from a higher pitch for greater impact, smaller for a more subtle or subby strike

shape - choose from 6 different vol / pitch decay shapes to change the impact or roundness of the hit
- concave
- deep concave
- linear
- convex
- S curve
- inverted S curve

MIDI CC's
